Received Excellent service at the South Pointe Honda. Joe Daniels was exceptionally great to work with. Asked the service adviser to give me a quote on fixing the door lock because when I insert the key into the cylinder on the door handle it will not turn. She assumed it was the actuator. That's the first the door lock because when I insert the key into the cylinder on the door handle it will not turn. She assumed it was the actuator. That's the first mistake. The second mistake was thar the technician didn't inspect it even though he said he did. If he had, he would have found out that the key fob worked, but the key didn't. Third mistake was them not testing the lock when they finished the work. Because if they had, they would have discovered it. So here I am, paid over $600 to get it fixed and it still doesn't work. Plus the first time I opened the door a piece of the trim panel fell off that they didn't put on right. The service manager said he would "take care of me and get it taken care of", with no extra charge to me, but hasn't returned any of my two phone calls or my text so far.
