I haven’t had a lot of experience with the dealership, but I have with the service department. I didn’t have a very good experience yesterday with service department. I had a 1230 appointment arrived at 12:15 checked in . By three. I did not hear tried to call the service person did not answer by text or call 330. I went to the service desk and lo and behold, my car was ready, check out memory for seat had been changed,,mirrors were out of kilter. I was not a happy camper. Check my service in the memory on the oil change was not changed. At 4:20 I receive an email saying my car was ready. Makes me wonder if I had not went to the service desk if I had had to wait till 420 to pick up my car I have had my car service there ever since I bought it in 2019 have been happy but yesterday was a bad experience. More
I recently visited South Point Honda for my new car's first oil change, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfor first oil change, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait pleasant. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would definitely recommend them for any car service needs. More

I had to go into the office to be greeted. I arrived at 3:13pm and was told it would be hour and 30 mins. I waited hour and 45 mins before I texted my advisor. No response. Walked over and a I arrived at 3:13pm and was told it would be hour and 30 mins. I waited hour and 45 mins before I texted my advisor. No response. Walked over and asked about my status. She claimed my car was up on rack and it would be another 30 mins, this was around 5pm. Needless to say, I left after 6pm. What did I get, an oil change and filters replaced. Almost 3 hours. I came back to this dealership after my previous visit went was seamless. Matthew who worked on my car was rude to me because, I was walking outside around and felt I was in his way even though he was not working on my car at the time. He should try sitting for hour and 45mins. That gets old real quick. Basically my car just sat there until, I said something. Allison was pleasant but I feel too many people behind their desk and not enough assisting to help. I try to take each vist with a grain of salt but sometimes you have to change. More
This is my second new car I’ve purchased from Southpointe. Feel like I am treated fairly with the price of new car as well as trade in.
