Jake and Joe were super helpful and did not make us feel pressured. Usually I dread car shopping or even stopping by dealerships but this experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I recently took my 2019 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and transmission fluid check (since I previously had transmission issues requiring a triple flush). They determined I needed a recall service change and transmission fluid check (since I previously had transmission issues requiring a triple flush). They determined I needed a recall service for the tailgate. I arrived at 9am for my appointment. I didn't leave until 12:30. When I checked the indicator for my oil remaining life it was at 30%, which was what it was when I took the vehicle in. I called the dealership ,asking to speak to my service adviser at least 6 times, and a recorded message said they would call me back. Never received a call back. I am uncertain that the oil change was even performed, or that the transmission was checked. I am still waiting to hear from the service manager. More
