I have nothing good to say about South Point Honda! They lied to me when I purchased my car saying nothing major was wrong no I'm in a heck of a mess and stuck with a car that doesn't run. More

I marked down one star for two reasons: 1) the financing process was much more drawn out than necessary and the financing guy was too persistent about trying to change our minds about extended warranty; in addition, the location of the financing office is run down, crappy and dirty couches, mold on the ceiling- very run down and not what I liked to look at when sitting to wait and pay $30k for a vehicle. 2) I came back 5 days after purchase to have remote starter installed and when I picked up that evening (Jay our specific sales person was unavailable), I was just handed my keys and told "the manual is in the car" and sent home. I would have really appreciated instruction on how to use/operate the new remote but it seemed like they were just trying to get rid of me. Overall, not that big of a deal, but I expected better. I have been back a couple of times since then for minor issues and Jay and Rick have helped very much with no problems. Overall I am pleased. More
Exceptionally easy and low stress I found South Pointe Honda as I was looking at cars.com to replace a 2004 Accord that had been totaled. What attracted me to them was their selection I found South Pointe Honda as I was looking at cars.com to replace a 2004 Accord that had been totaled. What attracted me to them was their selection and prices. I came out to look at a couple of Accords they had advertised but wasn't ready to buy that night. They treated me so well that I decided this was where I would buy my next car. I came back two days later, after receiving the settlement check for my 2004. They had sold one of the cars I had been looking at but had several others in my price range and style. I was able to pick one out pretty easily and I'm really happy with it. Rick, David and Dan made the process so effortless I will be back when I'm ready for my next vehicle. I marked them down 1 star for quality of work because there were some questions as to whether some of the inspection items had actually been inspected (i.e. the wiper blades). More

My First Experience with Southpointe Honda This was my first experience with Southpointe Honda. From my first phone call, to using the service department unexpectedly, everything was top notch This was my first experience with Southpointe Honda. From my first phone call, to using the service department unexpectedly, everything was top notch! Rick, Dan, Eric were all a delight to work with (no high sales pressure as in the past at Joe Marina). They definately made me feel like I was in the driver's seat and they were there to help in any way possible. I will use them again and will also recommend them to anyone shopping for a Honda. More
BEST experience yet!!! This is, absolutely, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Hands down. My previous South Pointe Honda experience was ... well ... This is, absolutely, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Hands down. My previous South Pointe Honda experience was ... well ... it was bad enough that I put off returning far longer than I should have. Erik Eldorado assisted me in getting my oil changed and four new tires on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. It has been handicap modified, so it is something we take extreme care in. WHEN I return, I will ask to deal with Erik ... and no one else. He quoted me $888.00 for four new tires (they had to be ordered), plus additional for an oil change. I returned the next day, and he was able to help me save BIG time - my total WITH the oil change and alignment was $792.00. I was floored ... HOW DID THIS HAPPEN??? Erik Eldorado went out of his way to help me, without knowing that I did truly need the help with the lowest cost possible, and made me see that there ARE genuinely good people still out there - willing to go above and beyond his regular job duties. South Pointe Honda, don't let another dealership take Erik away from you ... he is priceless. More

I love honda! Eric was very helpful in my car buying experience! I have only ever owned cars from the 80's and 90's, so it was a huge technology change in buying a Eric was very helpful in my car buying experience! I have only ever owned cars from the 80's and 90's, so it was a huge technology change in buying a 2014 vehicle!. He explained how everything in the car worked in detail and said to call if we have any questions. Eli also answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable about cars and financing. There were a couple hiccups with getting the extras that we had ordered installed on the van and Eric took care of dealing with everything that came up without us needing to worry about it. Hopefully this doesn't sound bad for the service guys, but when the tow package was installed there was damage to the paint on the rear bumper. Eric and South Pointe Honda took care of getting the paint fixed up good as new. Accidents happen, but they didn't make it my problem.Eric also minimized the amount of my time needed by offering to get me a car to use while the work was being done. He also personally drove the finished, cleaned and gassed-up van to my house so I wouldn't need to make the trip into the dealership. I would definitely use South Pointe Honda and Eric again for future Honda auto purchases. More
