This is the third incident at this dealership. The first is when they had me sign for $500 title when my bank who I had my loan through submitted everything for the title so I had to pay twice. Then first oil change would not change until error on car. Then this last one my husband is almost charged $160 for oil Honda put in my car that needs taken out. I’m surprised and disappointed with the service. The salesman James Bouse is the only person that helped me and treated me with respect. More
Have used this dealer since day one of owning my 2008 accord. Have never had any problems and even purchased a car there for my wife. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon arriving back to accord. Have never had any problems and even purchased a car there for my wife. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon arriving back to pick up my car it was parked in an entrance way to the lot and in the way of even me pulling in. Tires weren't rotated so I waited out in my wife's car and the technician came out and slammed my door shut and then started it up and revved it up really high while waiting for the transmission to engage and once it did the tires squealed and he peeled off around the corner and when I went in to complain he zoomed into the shop and I went and yelled at them to get him away from my car. My service advisor Allison was very apologetic as was the service manager but I wasn't offered a refund or anything just a bunch of what I'm assuming are empty Apologies. No telling what I would've seen if my dash cam was on. You hear about these horror stories on the news but I unfortunately lived it here. Only time will tell if I go back. More

Been taking our Civic to South Point since 2017. Service is always great & thorough. After moving out of Tulsa to Grove, I continue driving the 90 miles to South point for service.
