I think the agency does a really good job overall. However, I have had my car in twice to have them fix a recall problem. They said they were focusing on the Acuras!! When I asked how I was to know when to bring the car in for this recall problem, I was told I just needed to keep checking with them to see if they had the part!!! I don’t know about you, but I live a busy life and calling in all the time is extremely frustrating!! They don’t even have a call list!!! More

The sales person was very nice. But the car did not start after I drove it. They said it was out of gas. They kept it for the weekend, were suppose to get it to me on Monday. They didn't get the car to until Wednesday. They gave me a 10 day tag which started the day I bought it but because I didn't get it until the next Wednesday it was already half gone. Had not driven it even 100 miles the check engine light came on and then the car wouldn't start. Then it started but it is rides rough. Says it's the catalyst converter. Have it at the mechanic now. Still have not got the title so I can get it inspected. The tag has expired. But the check was sure cashed that Monday before I even got my car More
