They didn't turn in paperwork for a recall that couldn't be fixed. They sent us out in a car that was unsafe to drive. Would not make it right and buy back the vehicle. I am very upset that it took over 5 hours for an oil change. Yes I didn’t have an appointment but it wasn’t that busy because of the bad weather. Resolved issues with vehicle and had good options for tires. I'd been meaning to come for oil change since it had been a few months, as some text messages reminded me back in September from South Pointe tires. I'd been meaning to come for oil change since it had been a few months, as some text messages reminded me back in September from South Pointe Honda… Service was necessitated in needing new tires since one tire decided to become a magnet and lodge a lone screw in it. Plus it had been several tens of thousands of miles and maybe 7 years since I had my tires replaced by South Pointe Honda with lots of wear. We went with Hankook as it what was available for what I wanted and rated for 70,000 miles. Control arm was a potential concern but head technician was able to resolve without replacement after another day in the shop. I will come back next year prior to next Summer to have a thorough check again since it'll plan to go on a multi-thousand mile road trip. More

I searched all over the web and went to five dealerships. South Pointe Honda was BY FAR the most helpful! Eli and Anthony were EXTREMELY helpful with meeting my car buying needs! Without them I don't know if South Pointe Honda was BY FAR the most helpful! Eli and Anthony were EXTREMELY helpful with meeting my car buying needs! Without them I don't know if I would have found something that I felt comfortable with! Would definitely recommend! More
