After switching over to Southpoint form Joe Marina, the service I have encountered is horrible. Most of the old staff left because the transition was so bad. They said there is a totally different approach to business than before. They are not customer focused, but sales focused. They do not offer any loaner cars for service which is very inconvenient and they do not seem to care at all. My last repair took almost two weeks and they were reluctant to cover the cost of my rental car of $150 for the extra time they took to get my van fixed. Now the part they used is faulty and there was no apology or empathy for the inconvenience to bring my van back. Even though I bought the extended warranty, they try to disregard any responsibility by Honda for coverage of parts and don't treat me like a valued customer. Very frustrating experience.Will never return for any type of service. More
