Extremely trustworthy and honest I took my car in fully expecting to have my breaks, tires rotated and an oil change and left with just an oil change including a discount! They were I took my car in fully expecting to have my breaks, tires rotated and an oil change and left with just an oil change including a discount! They were very honest and told me I really didn't need breaks at this time nor did I need the tires rotated and why. I have been taking my car to this dealer for a year since I moved to Tulsa from California and am so impressed with the customer service and honesty! More

Bad battery and worn out wiper blades. I had the battery replaced on my 2001 Honda Accord on 2/17/14 at Wallmart, under warranty. At the same time I purchased the top of the line Bosch wip I had the battery replaced on my 2001 Honda Accord on 2/17/14 at Wallmart, under warranty. At the same time I purchased the top of the line Bosch wiper blades and installed them myself. I got an oil change today, 4/4/14, at South Point Honda and they told me that the battery and wiper blades needed to be replaced???????????????????????. I will not be going back because I've sold the car and will deliver it to the new owner on Monday. I won't be recommending South Pointe for future service. I took this car to Joe Marina for a lot of years and felt that I got excellent service. More
After switching over to Southpoint form Joe Marina, the service I have encountered is horrible. Most of the old staff left because the transition was so bad. They said there is a totally different approach to business than before. They are not customer focused, but sales focused. They do not offer any loaner cars for service which is very inconvenient and they do not seem to care at all. My last repair took almost two weeks and they were reluctant to cover the cost of my rental car of $150 for the extra time they took to get my van fixed. Now the part they used is faulty and there was no apology or empathy for the inconvenience to bring my van back. Even though I bought the extended warranty, they try to disregard any responsibility by Honda for coverage of parts and don't treat me like a valued customer. Very frustrating experience.Will never return for any type of service. More
