I had an absolutely amazing experience at South Pointe Honda, and I have to specifically recognize Lilian and Jeffrey in finance. From the moment I walked in with my son, Lilian treated us with so much Honda, and I have to specifically recognize Lilian and Jeffrey in finance. She went above and beyond by personally taking me back to the mechanic shop so I could see the car I was interested in and even allowed me to speak directly with the mechanic. There was no filtering or sales pressure—just complete transparency. That meant a lot to me as a customer and especially as a mom. When they discovered an issue with the braking system, both Lilian and Jeffrey were completely upfront. They explained that the car wasn’t safe for me to drive home yet and insisted on getting it fixed first. Realistically, they could have handed me the keys and sent me on my way, but instead they chose honesty and safety. As a mother, their transparency about the brakes not being safe meant the world to me and my son. That level of integrity is rare in the car business, and I truly appreciated it. Jeffrey in finance also made the paperwork process incredibly easy and straightforward. No confusion, no pressure—just clear explanations and a smooth process. I have honestly never dealt with a more transparent dealership in my life.
