I have had to take my vehicle in multiple times to fix the AC, and each time the customer service was great. After talking with Gabe this trip, it was determined to be a warranty issue that South Pointe f the AC, and each time the customer service was great. After talking with Gabe this trip, it was determined to be a warranty issue that South Pointe fixed at no charge to me. They do the right thing, and they have always been easy to talk to. We only use them for our service! More

Excellent customer service! Beyond my expectations! Good Customer service is so hard to find these days. They were extremely busy, but all the staff were friendly and helpf Beyond my expectations! They even arranged a ride for me so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership while waiting for my car. Instead I was able to get some shopping done! Very pleased! More
