Dropped off my truck at the service for the first time for a couple recall notices. Dropped off around 12:30 and was not greeted in the service lane so I had to go into the office. After getting ignored b for a couple recall notices. Dropped off around 12:30 and was not greeted in the service lane so I had to go into the office. After getting ignored by a couple people for a few minutes someone finally asked me what I needed. While I was leaving, I noticed they were closing early at 5:00 pm. At 4:15 I hadn't heard from them so I texted asking if it would be ready before 5 so I could get it picked up before they closed. No response. I then called at 4:40 and asked the same question. They informed me they were open until 7:00 pm but would transfer me to my service advisor for an update. The phone rang and rang with no answer and no voicemail. I tried at 6:10 and was told the same thing, that they close at 7:00 pm. Was transferred over to nothing but more ringing. Decided to drive down there and at 6:40 I pulled in front of the service center to nothing but a black building because they closed at 5. I had to go to the sales manager to get a status update only to find out my truck was ready a few minutes after 2:30 with absolutely no notification. Absolutely horrible service. More
