Exorbitant cost for oil change. Took my 2015 Eco Diesel in for a recall notice and asked them to change the oil as well. When I picked up my truck the bill was $181.27. Same service at JiffyLube is $120.40. Southpoint is more than 50% higher than Market driven rates.l I CANNOT RECOMMEND southpoibt for anything. More

Excellent Service Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. I went to breakfast and when I got back, 40 minutes later, they Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Ended up with a loan I did not want I came in with a direct loan from my bank, the finance guy assured me they would "take care of the paperwork."
