After my last experience with South point sales team I will never tell someone to shop there and so far if your company acts the south pointe did to me . i tell everyone i know or anybody that ask me wher will never tell someone to shop there and so far if your company acts the south pointe did to me . i tell everyone i know or anybody that ask me where to go buy a car or have it serviced to never go there. i run a wrecker company here in tulsa ok and if bob Howard is a part of that family then I going to treat your company the same and talk down your place especially since I tried to give Chris and the sale team a chance to help me fix how bad I was overcharge for a wreck truck that this Rich sold me and then Byarn shafted me on financing by playing the interest rate push up on my loan but i still tried thinking maybe service would be better so i looked at a truck while my truck was in service everybody was great until they figure out i bought my truck from south point a year ago and then this josh just stop calling right after if filled out the credit app and my credit is a 100 points better than when i bought my from there so then I post the truth about how bad I was treated the first time and then how my second experience was going and no I wasnt contact in how can we make this right no I was call by ammie in service and was told oh sale didn't like your post on Google so they are taking your loan truck and and leaving me careless and walking in this heat oh yeah also my truck has been in the service dept now for 3 week for just having a front axle put in under warranty 3 week what the h**l and when I m done here I ll post this letter to with my bbb post on my complaint and prove again your family of car company could care less about repeat sale you just want to shaft everybody once and then sell the dealership to some one so you feel better about yourself But all of use that Struggle to make to make end meet could go to h**l But remember this there is someone else that your soul has to talk to before you go to the best place in your eternal life and I'll be there cause I forgive people I don't think greed will do it Once again I see if someone is reading this Jerry l swift And my truck is still in your service. Arrived 7am for new key fob. 8 hours later called and found it was almost finished. Got old key fob from my husband to push button start and get my vehicle home.. I now have to carry 2 key fobs. One to unlock vehicle, one to push button start ....nice package for $366. Management please call me. More
