Arrived 7am for new key fob. 8 hours later called and found it was almost finished. Got old key fob from my husband to push button start and get my vehicle home.. I now have to carry 2 key fobs. One to unlock vehicle, one to push button start ....nice package for $366. Management please call me. More
They will sell the cheapest car that the can make the most on I have tried to be nice about this hole car buying Experience Here how my experance went a south point for me and at this point would not Re most on I have tried to be nice about this hole car buying Experience Here how my experance went a south point for me and at this point would not Recommend south point i would like to givesomeone that is in charge a chance to fix this before i start posting the worst car buying experance and service dept encounter I going to give a short version and not point fingers but if i get no satifation then ill post the email and text It started with get the car i always wanted a 2022 mustang to a wrecked 2018 ram 1500 that i was reassured they would take back when my credit went up To find out that a truck that i brough in 4000 down was about 14,000 over what the truck was worth and was sold a warranty was charged for it when the truck broke down 10 months later still had no warranty and i tryied to trade it in back to south point wasn't called back until i got really upset when i was sent a 5000.00 service bill cause the warranty that was put on my truck wasnt the one i was sold when i bought the truck So i will try once more and ask south point you sold this to me and reasured me you wanted repeat customers I did every thing i was bought my credit up and made more than the required payments is this how my Experience is going to end here south point you have the ball change this story More
