I had my 2020 Ram diesel service today at South Pointe. Oil change, fuel injectors cleaned and tires rotated. They tried to sell me new tires on a car I bought new from them. The car had 30k miles on it. They also tried to avoid doing warranty work by trying to get me to pay for it first. The dealerships name is on the back of the car. The tech just shrugged and pretended he had no idea that it was a car from that dealership. They also said they would be scheduling me for warranty work after I confronted them about it, but failed to do that when I left. Overall this was easily my least favorite interaction with this dealership. I still appreciate all they’ve done so far, but this time felt gross. More
