Finally talked to the advisor for update and he said he would call back and didn’t. After 3 hours, I called back. First they denied they said they would call me back, then admitted and made all kinds of excuses as to why they didn’t. Everything was always someone else’s fault. When I finally went to pay, I asked about the coupon I texted, he didn’t know anything about it, so I showed him and he made more excuses. He thanked me said he applied it, but when I asked because the total was not reflecting, he made more excuses and said it was there, but wasn’t showing up right. He then redid it and it was finally reflected in the price. From the beginning, the communication has been awful. Advisor wouldn’t answer questions with a straight answer and his answers kept changing. This is not the typical experience I have had at this dealership. Past experiences have been exceptional. More
