I appreciate it that Ryan kept me appraised of the status of my vehicle while it was in repair. I appreciate, too, being driven by Troy to where I live and being picked up when repairs were complete. I called around and everyone else said it would be an hour wait minimum. I made an appointment with South Pointe and they got me in & out in about 10 minutes at my initial appointment. Frank was so easy to work with, he ordered my parts, got me in the very next morning and had it ready to go the same day. I will be back. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a flawless experience. More

Very friendly. Always will choose them to Service my car. They even washed it for me! I love how they leave me feeling great about my car and its performance. They also do inspections to keep my car running smoothly. They do not hound me on recommended services or repairs I can not financially afford at that time but always let me know when it’s convenient for me to just schedule for the repair. Poor management at this facility. Several instances of being lied to. Took a full month before I could get a diagnostic just to find out the problem with my vehicle. Had to go into th Several instances of being lied to. Took a full month before I could get a diagnostic just to find out the problem with my vehicle. Had to go into the service department physically and express my frustration several times. Managers had no idea what was going on in the facility or with repairs, despite being told the managers were aware of the situation(Bailey and the GM of south pointe - both are completely useless) . Had to call several times only to be told they would call me back with updates to the vehicle. The pricing for the repairs changed several times for the same repairs and parts. Started keeping records for my quoted work and several times the pricing changed. Good thing I did as well, because the agreed price for the repair which was 3800 and the final payment was nearly 10k, which I would have never agreed to pay for those repairs. When I called for the final pricing it was 3147.55... When I arrived to make the payment, they changed the bill again... Super frustrating. Overall I had a terrible experience at this dealership/repair facility. I plan on posting a review in order to make other people aware of the terrible customer service and management No person should have to put up with the crap that these people put us through. Nearly 2 1/2 months to do these repairs is absolutely rediculous and shows the incompetency of management. Avoid this place at all cost! Again, I will be posting this on other review sites. More
