The dealership got my 2017 jeep in and by next day they told me why my jeep wouldn't start. Apposed to the place where I bought the jeep who couldn't properly diagnose over 6 tries. South Pointe comes through again! I took my 2020 Ram to them for the 67.5k service and not only did they complete the work ahead of schedule but for less $$$ than there quote. They also got a pro rated rebates for me on the Goodyear tires that did not live up to the 60k warranty. Great job! More

In the past I have avoided dealers to perform my truck repair. Besides paying more, I have found it difficult for them to do the work I desire without a sales pitch on doing so much more. My experience repair. Besides paying more, I have found it difficult for them to do the work I desire without a sales pitch on doing so much more. My experience at South Pointe was exceptional. Although they are terribly busy and found it necessary to leave my truck, Tommy, the service representative, was in constant contact (via texting which is preferable to me) with me. When it came time to make a decision with regards to selecting the services I required, I received a 90 second video showing the deteriorating condition of different and related areas of my truck that needed attention. In addition to the video, I received a yes/no prompt for each suggested service and the net cost to perform each. I selected to move ahead with 7 of the 8 services knowing how much each would cost and not having to address a service representative directly. The 8th service exceeded my budget and will have to wait. As a result of this experience I intend to return to South Pointe and use them for future service repair. South Point and my service representative, Tommy Mooreland, restored my faith when working with a dealer to service my repairs.
