Their customer service was subpar I listed the issues I needed resolved and a lot of the workers were good and at first Chandler was ok even tho he kinda dismissed what I said. When I returned the oil change was the only thing done and told I had to wait for a part. That's not the problem when I asked about one of the issues he said oh you wanted that fixed I just thought you were complaining about it . Not a good customer service point I had to miss out of work to not be fully taken care. I was disappointed that I was basically waved off and I messaged him to fix the issue prior to coming back to pick up my car and had no reply. The other employees made me feel welcome he made it sound like I was a burden. I picked this place because my normal spot is an hour away More

I showed up without an appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation for one of my cars. The job was finished and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes! First off, I want to say that the shuttle ride was very comfortable and super helpful, especially since I had to get to work and my car needed repairs. They got my car fixed pretty quickly, and it’s runnin comfortable and super helpful, especially since I had to get to work and my car needed repairs. They got my car fixed pretty quickly, and it’s running a bit better now. However, when I started it up this morning, I noticed a whining sound. I checked the oil and saw it was two quarts low. Since the issue I brought it in for was the oil pressure sensor, I’m not sure how they replaced that without checking the oil level. Or if they did check it why it was not mentioned to me. Other than that, the customer service was great. More
