We took our car in to have the recalled Takata airbag replaced. On the way there, I noticed the Check Engine light come on. I left the car with Nick, who later gave me the bad news that the Thermal Sen replaced. On the way there, I noticed the Check Engine light come on. I left the car with Nick, who later gave me the bad news that the Thermal Sensor was bad. Nick explained the situation to me, and although the repair was pretty costly, I appreciated his kind demeanor when talking with me. Nick is an effective asset to South Pointe and I will ask for him next time we have issues with our car. They resolved the issue with the airbag and replaced the Thermal Sensor....but, they weren't finished.....When I went to pick up my car, I found they had washed and wiped it down! It was beautiful! Now that was service and definitely brought a smile to my face! Thanks Nick and South Pointe! More
