We went on Friday and sign contract for Malibu and we was going through our bank and come Monday they sold out from under us to someone else. I just bought my second new car in one year here! $90k! Treated like crap. All they care about are surveys. Had my vehicle in for service. This is not even close to being acceptable as it places you in a bind if you have a flat. They should take extra precautions to make this impossible to do. You ever try and figure out how to find another lug key - not easy! Often do not have the right people to wait on you in a timely manner. More
