Tried to make appointment in their Page, chat with an associate for half an hour give her all my information, that she asked. The service tech did a thorough inspection of the car after the oil change and found a couple of items that need to be addressed. They checked the tire tread depth too and the tires are still doing well with the same mileage. They didn’t try to oversell and were very honest. More
They are professional and take care of me. Jody is great. He helps me and explains what needs to be done. He knowledgeable and friendly as is everyone else I’ve met. Service level unacceptable, vehicle still has issues, $3100 paid, 14 hours of labor took 1 week. Service manager cliff was very engaged in customer service. Warranty that was paid for by CHEVY “mopar “ was absolutely horrible! I will be contacting the BBB to assist me with these issues. Multiple customers having issues on my visit to pick up my vehicle. Will not recommend south point in the future. I was told by multiple associates that the have several customers they are dealing with and it almost felt like an excuse behind the service I received.. $3100 is a lot of money for me, and all I wanted was my transportation to be fixed even though the warranty I purchased declined the coverage due to 2 bolts missing. I have no control over that! I purchased a drive train warranty and 2 bolts worked their way out of a differential and they decline the coverage. All in all, I will not be returning my vehicle to SOUTH POINT CHEVROLET. And like I said before, I have all the intention on filing a claim with the BBB and the general manager of this facility. More
