We went on Friday and sign contract for Malibu and we was going through our bank and come Monday they sold out from under us to someone else. Then they claim it was our fault because we wanted to use outside going through our bank and come Monday they sold out from under us to someone else. I just bought my second new car in one year here! $90k! Treated like crap. All they care about are surveys. Had my vehicle in for service. This is not even close to being acceptable as it places you in a bind if you have a flat. They should take extra precautions to make this impossible to do. You ever try and figure out how to find another lug key - not easy! Often do not have the right people to wait on you in a timely manner. More
