For the second time, I made an appointment and, although my car was kept all day, it was NOT worked on at all. When I asked why, when I made an appointment, my car was not worked on I was told by a service my car was kept all day, it was NOT worked on at all. When I asked why, when I made an appointment, my car was not worked on I was told by a service adviser that I was only making an appointment to see an adviser. Why would I think that? I'm thinking that I will have a block of time allotted TO FIX MY CAR! For the second time, I wasted an entire day! I will NEVER return to South Pointe. I can see why they have a a D- on BBB. More
