Service center is a joke. They will not answer the phone, return calls, answer messages, or respond to emails. Even tried to go in person and service manager is never there They will not answer the phone, return calls, answer messages, or respond to emails. Even tried to go in person and service manager is never there to talk to. They charged me over $600 to fix my trailer brake controller and it still didn't work. Brought truck and trailer back for them to look at and they agreed that it didn't work despite them changing out a $100 plug and play part for over $600. Wanted me to bring truck and trailer back for a third time for them to look at again or for me to take my trailer to a trailer place. Trailer was brand new and worked fine on my other vehicles. Went home and found a smashed part of the wiring harness, spliced the wires back together and everything works now. They also listed several other items I needed to have done, two of these items being the brakes - front and back. They even listed the measured thickness of my brake pads as 3-4mm in the front and 2-3mm in the rear. I pulled my brakes after fixing the wiring they were unable to fix and all of my pads were about 3Xs as thick as what they said they measured. They didn't measure, they just wanted a chance at ripping me off for another $600 for front and rear brake pads that were not needed. Don't get ripped off, don't believe what they tell you, don't pay until you can verify if they even fixed what they said they did. More
