I took my diesel 2500 there for an oil change at 3 o’clock yesterday. I picked it up yesterday. They were also supposed to do an alignment. They could not complete the alignment but charged me with a o’clock yesterday. I picked it up yesterday. They were also supposed to do an alignment. I called the dealership and they told me I need to bring it back in another 30 mile drive for me. I asked them if they could just send me Oil with their shuttle and the lady said no we can’t send you oil with your with our shuttle. She told me she was gonna have the manager call me to for a solution instead she called me right back in three minutes and said the manager was busy and that I needed to bring the truck back in. It’s difficult to trust a service center that didn’t put enough oil in it in the first place More
