First off, I want to say that the shuttle ride was very comfortable and super helpful, especially since I had to get to work and my car needed repairs. They got my car fixed pretty quickly, and it’s runnin comfortable and super helpful, especially since I had to get to work and my car needed repairs. They got my car fixed pretty quickly, and it’s running a bit better now. However, when I started it up this morning, I noticed a whining sound. I checked the oil and saw it was two quarts low. Since the issue I brought it in for was the oil pressure sensor, I’m not sure how they replaced that without checking the oil level. Or if they did check it why it was not mentioned to me. Other than that, the customer service was great. More

The second I explained my issues the service department knew what was happening and requested i drop off my car in the morning.
