I’m making allowances for COVID when I say that the initial intake process for service was not good. I had to be proactive to be acknowledged. The outside people were not wearing their masks properly a initial intake process for service was not good. I had to be proactive to be acknowledged. The outside people were not wearing their masks properly and social distancing was not followed. I did not see any signage or directions for customers to use safe practices for masking. This is a critical time (holiday season 2020) for the spread of COVID and I believe that the Southpoint Hyundai Service department could do better. Employee and Public safety protection is paramount. Otherwise my car was serviced as requested. I do prefer Hyundai products and services overall because my past experiences have been excellent. More
