My girlfriend bought a brand new Accent from Derrick Far. As she was driving home from the dealership the rear passenger tire had a blow out. Thirty miles from the dealership. She called Derrick hoping for some help and he was unable to help her. She called the 24 hour roadside assistance that comes with every new car and she still (3 days later) has not heard back from them. After she got help changing her tire she limped back to the dealership and Derrick told her she could purchase a new tire. She asked to speak to a manager because to say the least she was not satisfied with the service. At that point the general manager Sonny Naser came in and belittled her buy telling her that the dealership was not responsible for tire damage. He told her it was like getting a chip in the windshield and that was not the drivers fault. After spending 2 hours on the side of the road now my girlfriend was being treated even worse at the dealership. She was final working with a manager Jared Castille who was making an effort to help her. She told him that she would like to return the car because the service was so terrible and he said no she signed a contract. She said she didn't know what to do and she would have to contact a lawyer, at that point he kicked her out of the dealership. She got in her old car and came home. Jared sent her a text later that night saying that they would take to car back. My girlfriend told him she would bring the keys back to the dealership in the morning and Jared told her he would be there to get everything worked out. My girlfriend and I went to the dealership the next morning and Jared Castille was off. I told an employee that we were there to return the keys and get a document releasing my girlfriend from her obligation, plus we needed the money that she put down on the car. The person who was helping us (I never got his name) kept insisting that we give him the keys. I told him we would keep the keys because that was the only thing we had to show for our purchase and that they would get the keys when she got her money and document. The debate was getting loud and Sonny Naser came out and told us to get our "white trash pieces of xxx" out of his dealership. At that point I realized why Derrick and Jared were such despicable employees. If one single person had told my girlfriend "oh my gosh I am so sorry this happened we will send someone right away to assist you" this review could have been 5 stars. More
