This is a review of the service department only! I purchased a brand new 2023 Tucson SE in 10/20/2022. The sales experience was excellent! There is small issue with one of the features that was and I purchased a brand new 2023 Tucson SE in 10/20/2022. The sales experience was excellent! There is small issue with one of the features that was and is not working properly. Basically the setting for the horn to indicate when the lock button is activated does not work even though it is enabled. I met the salesman at the service department to see if it was a quick fix with their scan tool and it could not be done and service said I need to bring it back for an appointment. I called back to service to schedule and they told me that they could not look at until some time in Jan 2023! Then they said I have to drop it off 8 days before the day they will look at it and if I didn’t they will not look on the day that is scheduled! Since this repair doesn’t qualify as something that a loaner can be given to during the service I would not be able get on even if they had any to give. What?!? I know this is a small issue, however I spent hard earned money 2 weeks ago for a vehicle that should be 100%! Since it’s not there should be some priority given as a new customer. Totally ridiculous! I called another dealer and their service department had never heard of this type of nonsense. I scheduled with them for the 23rd of Nov and it doesn’t have to sit for 8 days before it can be looked at! More
Very straightforward and helpful with selecting a vehicle and getting us a great deal.
