I recently totaled my car and was in the market for a new one. I did research on the different cars in the market and saw Hyundai had a graduate program, so i decided to go and see what could happen. Shannon the salesman and was great, very nice and talked me through the whole process. Sonny the manager, was awesome, he made me feel very secure in my decision to purchase a car and was very helpful through out the whole process. Kyle in fiance got me the best offer and really explained everything I was receiving and was exceptional. I made a major decision in my life, yet these men made it feel like a walk in the park, it was a great experience . More
My husband and I have visited several dealerships in the past 6 months looking for my new vehicle. Of course, price and quality were our main concern when looking for a new vehicle, but we also wanted to fe past 6 months looking for my new vehicle. Of course, price and quality were our main concern when looking for a new vehicle, but we also wanted to feel good about the dealership we bought it from. We had shopped at two Kia dealerships, as well as the Hyundai dealership in Round Rock, and had poor experiences with each. The dealerships we visited were very pushy and aggressive toward me, with one of them nearly locking me in an office trying to force me to purchase a car I repeatedly said did not fit the needs of my family. By the time I walked in to South Point Hyundai, I was a bit jaded by cheesy or aggressive sales people. Although I had an obvious chip on my shoulder as I walked in the door, Jackie and Sonny greeted me with a smile and a handshake. The first words out of my mouth when Jackie said hello was, “I am interested in a car. I don't want a tour of the parking lot. I don’t want someone who is cheesy. I need someone with experience to talk to me today. I have very little patience and I don’t want to haggle. Can you just get straight to the point?” She smiled and proceeded to tell me why she was more than qualified to help me find the car I need at the price I want, without any unnecessary parking lot tours or round-and-round price haggling. Within 15 minutes of talking with her, I knew I would buy a car from her that day. Jackie heard me. I mean, really 'heard' me. She was everything I was looking for as I was about to make such a huge financial decision. She and Sonny were amazing, and it didn’t stop once I bought the car. They continued to go the 'extra mile' making me feel 100% confident in purchasing a car from them. After I expressed that it was hard for me to come back down to her dealership later in the week to get the tow-hitch put on my car and get the windows tinted, she graciously offered to come get the car from me at work, get the changes made, then bring it back to me… all in just one day. I have NEVER heard of any dealership willing to do things like that for their customers. Sonny and Jackie were wonderful. I plan on sharing my experience with others and when it is time to purchase another car for one of my family members, we will return to South Point Hyundai. More
Rich was extremely professional, answered all our questions, worked with us to secure the right price and financing for the vehicle my son selected, and was a pleasure to be around- much in contrast questions, worked with us to secure the right price and financing for the vehicle my son selected, and was a pleasure to be around- much in contrast to the sales rep we had just seen at another dealership.I would recommend Rich and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle- this is the second car I have bought from them in the past 15 months. Im in the military and I went in looking for a car to drive back to Chicago. Erik chase was my salesman and he did a wonderful job. They lie & have no integrity or customer service!! They just want to make a sale!!They also run your credit numerous times without your permission!! We obviously know that they must run your credit on They just want to make a sale!!They also run your credit numerous times without your permission!! We obviously know that they must run your credit once to see where you stand, but not 8 or 9 times!!! The credit score isn't going to change!!! Who wants several inquiries on their credit!!Please go elsewhere!! We also filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well as the TX Car dealership Enforcement Division!!! They are unethical & not professional!!! After we found out how many times they ran our credit, we didnt' do the deal & they called us numerous times & sent nasty emails!!!! We went to Henna Cheverolet and got a 2011 new car!!!! Please investigate a dealership before going there! More
My experience with everyone at South Point Hyundai was wonderful! I was in the market for a new, reliable, and economical car for my son who is in college. On our first visit to this dealership, Rich sp wonderful! I was in the market for a new, reliable, and economical car for my son who is in college. On our first visit to this dealership, Rich spent a quality amount of time with us, showing us several cars, letting us take a test drive, answered many questions, etc. By the time my son and I left, we were sold on the exact model of car which we wanted. I explained to Rich that we were going to visit other dealerships and see who could give us the best offer. Not once did I ever feel pressured into thinking that I needed to make a quick decision regarding purchasing the car. Before my son and I could visit other dealers, my father passed away. This caused us to postpone our car shopping for several days. Once we resumed our shopping, we visited another local Hyundai dealer. The particular salesman we worked with offered us a good deal on one specific car, however, it was not the color we wanted. He was very unwilling to consider coming down on the price of the car with the exact specifications which we wanted, and I also felt very pressured into making a decision "on the spot" to purchase the car. My son and I went back to South Point the following day and shared with them the offer made to us by the other local dealer. They were able to very quickly offer us an amazing deal on the exact car which we wanted. I'm very impressed with how Rich and Tony worked with us and wanted to meet our needs. I'm also extremely touched by the compassion which they showed to me and my son during a very difficult time in our lives. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are also very genuine, kind people. Thanks so much Rich & Tony (and Brett). More

I bought a used Lexus and traded my Tundra. The deal was done in a couple of hours max. They worked fast and diligently to get the best trade-in for my truck by calling numerous dealers. They didn't haggle done in a couple of hours max. They worked fast and diligently to get the best trade-in for my truck by calling numerous dealers. They didn't haggle and agreed to do the few minor things needed on the Lexus. They allowed extensive test driving without the salesman. Except for a minor misunderstanding about floor mats, the buying experience was really good. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. More
