My car is part of a Clas Action Lawsuit and is being recalled. I called in November when I got the notice and the earlies I could bring it in was week of Jan 13th. WHen I brought it - considering it too recalled. I called in November when I got the notice and the earlies I could bring it in was week of Jan 13th. WHen I brought it - considering it took 2 months to get an appointment - they would have a loner car as my car is being recalled and serviced. They have my car - not communication or indication when I would get my car back. I have NO loner car and did not provide me with a rental car. THey were NOT apologetic or even understanding of why I was a bit frustrated that i was left with NO CAR. They were very vague on giving answers - I mostly hear 'i dont know' - or - 'I can't. I am not satisfied with how this process has gone. IF they know about the recall in Nov - THere would have been contingencies in place and a protocol to follow. More
This is not a complaint. I didn’t know that you could no longer get there early and drop off your car for service. Appointments are NOW required. The next available appointment wasn’t for another 6-7 weeks. I am assuming this is just another issue since COVID and what the customer is now have to be faced with, again sure this is a new requirement that the dealership has to initiate. I had always just got there and willing to wait for car to be serviced. This is too bad on the drop offs and glad that my situation was just a maintenance service, not an urgent need of a broken down vehicle on the road that would have to wait weeks to get their car fixed. Again, I understand the need for this new requirement but the fact that I will now need to find another facility for my car needs that doesn’t require 7+ weeks in advance to get the car in for service. More

I had a great experience at south point Hyundai! The entire time the staff was very up-front with me and I was never surprised by anything. Art was very helpful when looking at the various cars and The entire time the staff was very up-front with me and I was never surprised by anything. Art was very helpful when looking at the various cars and was very knowledgable when I had any questions. Gabriel in the finance department was also very good. It honestly felt like he had my best interests in mind and never tried to upsell me on anything. More
