I owned a 2011 Sonanta limited and loved the car, however this summer I had several problems with various parts that needed attention, since I was spending more time in Austin, I had to use the dealership, in Austin, I cannot say enough nice things about Megan Christense, my service manager, she was professional, prompt in determing what was wrong with my car and the repairs. In the end I decided to trade the car for a new one and was assigned a sales repersentative (luis Cuellar) He also was very professional, knowledgeable and worked to find a car within the purchasing price I was looking for with all of the latest technology. I love my new Santa Fe Sport. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Reputation of unneeded add-ons is true . Dealer blames Hyundai factory for add-ons and refuses to offer an exchange with their parts dept. I was told these these add-ons are free of charg . Also beware of finance which will try to dissuade you from HMF and encourage local financing which clearly they are getting kickbacks (and beware of hard-sell for extended warranties which seem bizarre given Hyundai's great warranty.
