There was no haggling over price I told Shawn what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I truly felt Shawn went out of his way to get me what I asked for and was honest about what he could and could not do for me. I ended up paying a little more than I hoped, but do not regret the purchase at all. I love the car and am comfortable with the payments. Ali in finance was a pleasure to work with as well he was very thorough in explaining the contract and giving me additional option to protect my investment as much as possible. It has been a long time since I purchased a new car and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service provided by your staff. I am going to be completely honest with you Hyundai was not my first choice, but I am so happy I decided to answer the phone when Shawn called.
