The process as a whole was quicker and more enjoyable than I had ever imagined. This was my very first new car. I was stressed and anxious the days leading up to my appointment. We called and talked to James Holladay, we explained what happened and he said he will call us back. He told us he had no idea why our finance guy did what he did, but he would send us $300. to buy gap insurance,we received it 11/27/15 and purchased gap today. He made us happy More
