Great deal on a new Elantra Sales staff were straightforward on cost and assisted with dealer incentives. Elantra had more incentives , more room, more horsepower and better mpg Sales staff were straightforward on cost and assisted with dealer incentives. Great first time car buying experience at South Point Hyundai I had been looking to purchase a new car for a few months before I finally decided to do it. After lots of looking at cars online, I felt that the Hyu I had been looking to purchase a new car for a few months before I finally decided to do it. After lots of looking at cars online, I felt that the Hyundai Elantra was the car for me. I went to a Hyundai dealership in San Antonio, TX at first, but I felt that I did not receive great service from the personnel at this location. I drove up to South Point Hyundai in Austin on July 3, 2017 and was greeted in a very approachable manner by Tim. He was not aggressive at all and let my brother and I look around until we really needed him. Tim quickly let us know that he was currently busy, but that another employee, Mike, would be able to help us with anything we needed. Mike was a great guy with a great sense of humor that took relieved all the stress that would normally come with making as important a purchase as buying a new car. I quickly fell in love with my Elantra after a great test drive with Mike, where he told me about the many features the car had. It was about 15 minutes until the advertised closing time, but Mike and the financial staff truly made me feel no rush whatsoever and continued to answer any question I had. After about 1-1.5 hours, I was leaving the dealership with my new car. Mike quickly followed up a few days later to ask me how everything was going. I could not have had a better first time car buying experience. I truly appreciate all the help that Mike and all the wonderful staff at South Point Hyundai provided me on July 3, 2017. I look forward to being a member of the Hyundai family for a long time. More
