Empty Promises Mathew Torres was very patient and helpful with all my requests and expectations. I bought a new vehicle and noticed when I got it home that the paint Mathew Torres was very patient and helpful with all my requests and expectations. I bought a new vehicle and noticed when I got it home that the paint was damaged. I called and sent pictures less than 2 hours after signing my paperwork to Matthew. I took the vehicle back to the dealership the next morning and showed Matthew the damage. I told him I didn't come in the day before and trade in a brand new damaged vehicle and pay $5000 more to get into another new damaged vehicle. He understood. Sonny Nasser insisted on fixing the vehicle instead of putting me in different vehicle. I agreed since he threw in free oil changes. I made 5 different trips to pick up the vehicle that was still damaged and each trip is an hour away from my home 1 direction. Finally after 3 weeks and 5 trips to the dealership the vehicle was repaired. It was not a good experience to have to go through and definitely tied up my personal life having to make numerous trips to be disappointed . Sonny Nasser guaranteed me every trip that he would personally make sure that the vehicle was perfect and ready the next time I came to pick it up yet it was NOT ready several trips for me past his first promise. I love my car but the whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth for this dealership's promises and attention to detail. I was left to feel like I was just a number after Sonny made the sale and that my satisfaction was a hindrance past that point. I would like to say that I am very appreciative and thankful that I was put into another new vehicle to drive until my new damaged vehicle was repaired correctly. That was very nice and the oil changes will be very helpful too. More

The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a clear teamwor The SouthPoint Hyundai team greeted me the minute I walked in the showroom as if I were family. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a clear teamwork effort. I was greeted by Kevin, told him my needs and he showed me a Tuscan Black Night vehicle. I told him what I liked and didn't like and he took that information and told me he had the perfect vehicle, but it was blue (I didn't want blue) I asked to see it anyway. Clearly it was a sign that Hyundai was my new family looking out for me because he came back with a black Tuscan Limited straight off the truck with all the bells and whistles I wanted AND the panoramic sunroof. This was just the beginning of my great experience. When it came to pricing I was greeted by a happy smiling Jamie (He always seems to be in a good mood... I liked that about him). He didn't give me any BS, asked me what price I wanted and showed me what he could do. There were no other dealers who did that for me and instead made me fight tooth and nail for something even remotely close to what I was looking for. Needless to say, those dealers missed out on my business. When I thought it over and was ready to sign papers I worked with Miles who again personified that Hyundai family atmosphere. He was very laid back, went through everything and let me on my way in my new vehicle. I wasn't worried whether I got every and all information I needed because all three employees gave me their cell numbers and said I was more than welcome to text or call with any questions which really takes that professional relationship to a new level of comfort that ties in to that family feeling. I moved to Texas by myself from the Northeast and I have already found a family here in SouthPoint Hyundai. More
