I normally work with dealers outside of the big cities. They generally are cheaper in my experience. I just randomly checked the Southpoint website for my needs. I took my 2014 Dodge ram for a diagnostic check and possible engine repair issue and working with my extended warranty provider and Allen the service writer was a nightmare in lack of communication fro possible engine repair issue and working with my extended warranty provider and Allen the service writer was a nightmare in lack of communication from South point, days before getting a response. Needless to say the repair was more than the warranty coverage limits by $3,050.00. After having my truck for over two weeks i got it back. I paid my diagnostic fee and they brought my truck to me and when i got inside the engine cover was in the passenger side seat and when popped the hood to put it back on the airbox and intake tube were loose and not connected in the engine compartment. I got home popped the hood and the air intake tube had come off the airbox it was not even tightened. Poor service from Allen the service writer and the techs you are supposed to trust to make sure everything is as it was before. My type of customer is at the bottom of the barrel i guess More
