3-1/2 hours for a tire rotation an oil change. Was told it would only be an hour.. so I waited…then I was told after 2hrs.. that they don’t keep stock of the oil I choose. And I was told I’d get an email quote about getting new breaks.. it’s been almost a full week an never received an email.. definitely going to a different dodge dealership.. rather drive across Austin.. My vehicle was quickly serviced and Myron was awesome. The front desk probably could have been a little more hospitable. I had a one year old with me and when I got to the door to leave my hands were extr The front desk probably could have been a little more hospitable. I had a one year old with me and when I got to the door to leave my hands were extremely full so I had trouble opening the door. I thought maybe the girl that was sitting at the front desk eating her breakfast maybe could have lent a hand opening the door but it’s not her problem I suppose. Other wise the service was okay. Also maybe the service person at the checkout could probably a little friendlier. More

My vehicle was towed to the service department due to insurance requirements that it be taken to the closest dealership available. Communication was contradictory and sporadic. I was initially informed my vehicle would be looked at the next morning. I was then told I had an appointment two days later. Communication fell off after that. Despite calling and texting the number provided. I received a call from my service manager only after I was rerouted to customer relations apologizing that my initial advisor had gotten ill. It was quite frustrating that nobody reached out to let me know. I was unaware that the diagnostic had been completed and sitting there for days. Although Anthony manage the situation and provided excellent communication on the tail end, overall it was a frustrating and disappointing experience More
