This is the third time have had my 2021 Ram 1500 in for problems with uconnect. This time they had it two weeks and it is not fixed. I had to pick it up because I need to use it for a trip. Today I was to problems with uconnect. This time they had it two weeks and it is not fixed. I had to pick it up because I need to use it for a trip. Today I was told that the soft wear could not keep up with the new phones. This is a new truck! They apparently consult with Chrysler for this type of problem. Ram care has been no help. Was told it may not be able to be repaired. It’s under warranty! Buyer beware More
