This truck has had a TSB out on it since August for a drive shaft clunk. My truck meets all the criteria for the fix. I called them and setup an appointment to have it looked at. When they called to confirm appointment I asked to make sure it was not needed to be dropped off. I asked them if they could drive it around parking lot to verify it so they would order parts that are not able to be ordered till Oct 1st. Again this is for a known problem. When getting to my appointment this morning I was told "that's not the way we do things and I'll have to leave it for 3 days". This means the person I spoke to that put me on hold to verify was straight out lying to me. I've called FCA and files a formal complaint about this dealership. I hope no one else goes there and gets lied to like I did. Edit ***Called Eddie G. Business Manager*** His response was not to deal with SPD anymore. I could not agree more. More

This is the third time have had my 2021 Ram 1500 in for problems with uconnect. This time they had it two weeks and it is not fixed. I had to pick it up because I need to use it for a trip. Today I was told that the soft wear could not keep up with the new phones. This is a new truck! They apparently consult with Chrysler for this type of problem. Ram care has been no help. Was told it may not be able to be repaired. It’s under warranty! Buyer beware More
