Eder Garcia removed the tire rotation, saying we need a "tire rotation log". After my wheel fell off the next week. An Ivan Turner swears a we did not opt for tire rotation, said There was never a request of tire rotation log, "that's not how we do business." That's how they did business on Dec 18. These people are very dishonest. It's cost me a lot of money, I never want to do business with them again.
