WOW!!! I took my truck in for an oil change tire rotation, Scott Stark's South Point Dodge Special Synthetic Blend Oil Change + Tire Rotation + Multi-Point Inspection $39.95 3 for $129.95. Eder rotation, Scott Stark's South Point Dodge Special Synthetic Blend Oil Change + Tire Rotation + Multi-Point Inspection $39.95 3 for $129.95. Eder Garcia removed the tire rotation, saying we need a "tire rotation log". After my wheel fell off the next week. An Ivan Turner swears a we did not opt for tire rotation, said There was never a request of tire rotation log, "that's not how we do business." That's how they did business on Dec 18. These people are very dishonest. It's cost me a lot of money, I never want to do business with them again. Not the way I wanted to start the new year with such a bad taste in my mouth. 2021 needs to stay away from this company. Protect your pocket. PLEASE More

I came into South Point Dodge to find two Ram Trucks the last week in December 2020. My Salesmen was Corey who worked very hard to get me these two work trucks before year end. Corey was polite, knowledge last week in December 2020. My Salesmen was Corey who worked very hard to get me these two work trucks before year end. Corey was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated his calm and easy style instead of a high pressured salesman. The sale and delivery of the two trucks was successful and I am pleased with my experience at South Point Dodge. The Dealership itself was nice looking, clean and very comfortable. The team of people I worked with included the Sales Mgr and the Finance Mgr and they were easy to work with. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with for many reasons. First, the salesman couldn't answer basic questions about the vehicles. I bought a V6 and he thought it was a 4 cylinder. He couldn't answer questions about options and packages. I just had to read the stickers on the windows. It took forever, literally 2 hours to get to the finance guy. Then finance messed up all the paperwork. When I got home I realized the wrong VIN was printed on everything. I left a message for the finance guy who did not call me back. I had to call the dealership again 2 days later. Even though I was trying to help them out and fix it before a title was printed. The car had 10 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. At 200 miles the check engine light came on. They reset the light, drove it around the block a few times, the light didn't come back on so they said they fixed it. The very next day when I left my house, the light came on again. Back to the shop. They kept it for over a week and said it was a bad fuel injector. Now the dealership has put more miles on the car than I have..... Here we are again, at 1352 miles the Jeep stalled out in Kyle traffic. I then had to drive it up IH35 with it spluttering and shaking. The traffic was horrible and I was afraid the car would shut off again. But what happens at the dealership? They tell me it's not their fault, they didn't build it. Those men are rude and condescending, talking down to me because I'm a woman. I bring up the lemon law. Now my salesman says sure they will replace it but I have to trade it in and take a loss because now it is a "used" car. Seriously? I have barely gotten to drive it. And the sales manager will not return my calls and now the service manager is not giving me any updates or calls back. They are horrible in customer service. More
