They don't listen to the customer. They are Unprofessional. I had to take vehicle back to be serviced a second time. I told them the code that needed to be checked the first time we took it. They fixed something else. I picked it up and 2 days later the engine light came on again. I took it back They charge me again for diagnostics on my vehicle only to find out it was the code we had told them I'm the first place. They need to pay attention to the customers. If they would have listen the first time to the code we gave them it would of saved my husband and I time and money. SMH More

Placed wrong battery in a car we purchased. Costed us 1800.00 after 1 month. They refused to acknowledge mistake or place another battery for us.
