Went in for a scheduled oil change and my service advisor came out as I drove up. Took care of me in less than an hours time. I used the coupon they offered for 7 oil changes. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership about a week ago. Everything looked fine. We drove the vehicle for about 2 days. Then we inspected it more carefully in the backseat. We noticed when about a week ago. Everything looked fine. We drove the vehicle for about 2 days. Then we inspected it more carefully in the backseat. We noticed when were putting seat covers that 2 seat belts were broken and my daughter found a knife in the car under the seat. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would think a big car dealership would inspect their vehicles for safety issues. I will never do business here again. More

They don't listen to the customer. They are Unprofessional. I had to take vehicle back to be serviced a second time. I told them the code that needed to be checked the first time we t They are Unprofessional. I had to take vehicle back to be serviced a second time. I told them the code that needed to be checked the first time we took it. They fixed something else. I picked it up and 2 days later the engine light came on again. I took it back They charge me again for diagnostics on my vehicle only to find out it was the code we had told them I'm the first place. They need to pay attention to the customers. If they would have listen the first time to the code we gave them it would of saved my husband and I time and money. SMH More
