When I let them know I'd be coming in they had someone waiting and the vehicle I had mention pulled out and ready for me to look at. From the moment that I walked in everyone was extremely friendly and every single employee that walked past acknowledged me and made sure that I was being assisted. I personally dealt with Tony, Bill and Tracy who were all awesome! They truly made it a great experience. There was no pressure, I didn't feel rushed and they were extremely informative. I would definitely recommend them! Also loving my 2015 Outlander! Thanks for making it so easy! More

I was interested in a 2013 used Evo but our salesman gave us such a great deal on the 2014 that was in the showroom we couldn't pass it up. We came in and were driving out our new car in a VERY short amount of time! We will never go anywhere else!!! More

Great experience!!!! I was looking for a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to replace my car. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken care of immediately. The whole experience was so low key and there was no pressure to buy. I was shown multiple vehicles in different years and with different features. On top of that, they even wrote up and gave me detailed quotes on the two vehicles I was very interested in. There was no pressure to buy one versus the other but instead weighed the financial and features with me and found which one was a better fit. Husni Daghles, was such an amazing salesman! He explained everything in such detail and took the time to answer every question I had. I am so happy with my new suv but am also thrilled to have such a great dealership to work with! We got ahold of South Park Mitsubishi and Mike kusky, the service manager, was so kind to walk us through the whole process taking the time out of his day to help us and offered for us to make a trip out there and we would be taken care of. As soon as we walked through the door Jason adwar warmly greeted us. Jason Adwar and Bill Burns listened to our story and went out of their way to help us purchase our brand new 2014 evo! They were extremely nice and helpful! The owner even came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and gave us tips on how to care for our new car. Everyone there was very helpful and worked quickly to get us on our way! Will be a lifetime customer! More

So when time came to trade in that Lancer for a new vehicle, we did so here! Great buying experience, no hassle, down to earth and friendly! We left with a BMW that we had been eyeing up and everything just worked out perfectly! Thanks to Brian Sten and Bill Burns for their patience while we took forever to make our decision, and for staying late to make the sale! We weren't pressured like at other dealers we had been to before and we were given lots of time and they let us ask a ton of questions. They are very knowledgable and helpful. Great Service I had a nightmare of an experience with another dealership in the area and was hesitant to go anywhere else. After speaking with someone online about some cars they had at south park, i received a call the next day from john wanting to set up a time for me to come out. I was rushed because at work, but he was very understanding and kind. I went out the next day to look and he was very centered around my needs. He didn't go outside of my price range and only offered other cars but let me know that they may not be within my right price range. They had multiple cars available with many options for me to look at and he was so honest and knowledgeable about all of the cars. I would definitely recommend this dealer to any first time car buyers who are unsure and don't want to be harassed about buying a car from a desperate sales person. At south park, they treat you great and don't force you into buying something that you don't want! More

On June 30, 2014 I had an appointment with Husni Daghles Sales Representative to inquire about trading in my 2010 Lancer Sport Hatchback that I purchased from South Park Mitsubishi in July 2010. Husni as he was back in 2010, showed me my options to fit my budget-- so friendly, knowledgeable and he took the time and was very patient while I was thinking of my options. While I was debating on what vehicle (if any) I should purchase ,Bill Burns Manager who is also extremely nice, approached me and gave me another option to think about. All of the people who work at this business are so helpful and caring. Finally after 2 1/2 hours I finally came to a decision, I got another Lancer Sedan and my payments are exactly where I want them and I am very satisfied with the vehicle. Of course after you make the decision, that's when all the fun starts "paperwork". Tracy Goodwin, Business Manager zipped through the paperwork in a matter of 20 minutes, so nice, knowledgeable and friendly, she made it so simple. I guess this is why I came back to South Park Mitsubishi -- because of the service, staff and quality of the vehicles. More
