They promoted their product (as they should) and said "we understand" when we said we needed to look at one more dealership, even though they knew we were going to a competitor. Each person we dealt with was honest and candid about the outlander sport 2018 (both the positives and negatives). Best car buying experience I have ever had I originally came just to look and test drive a Outlander Sport and maybe get some pricing. Upon arrival all of the sales team was busy with other cu I originally came just to look and test drive a Outlander Sport and maybe get some pricing. Upon arrival all of the sales team was busy with other customers, but every salesperson was very upbeat and apologized for the wait and asked if I needed anything while I waited. When I finally got the chance to speak with someone, there was only an hour left until the dealership closed. However, Brian (my salesperson) did not rush the test drive or pressure me due to the time. Once we started talking about pricing, he was very patient and thorough when explaining all of the rebates, interest rates, and payment options. As expected I was hesitant to say yes to the first offer made, Brian reworked the numbers to satisfy me not once, but three times. Bill Burns also worked with me to make a deal. They gave me sufficient time to think and even waited patiently while I called my insurance company. Once all of the paperwork was signed it was already two hours after the dealership closed, but they did not pressure me to leave. The car was thoroughly explained to me and Brian made sure that I felt comfortable when I left the lot. I can't say enough good things and they really did make the car buying experience pain free.
