John was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. John worked with my wife and me to find the SUV that we were looking to purchase. When we came to the showroom just to talk with John as my wife and John were exchanging a few emails on what were we trying to do. We had no intention on buying a new SUV that day. Funny because the same thing happened the first time we met John. We came in just to look and walked out with a new SUV. John and Bill Burns the Sales Manager put together a deal we could afford and we never pushy. Tracy Goodwin the Sales Manager was great as well and provided us with our options and did not push any extras on us like they do in most other dealerships. There were no hard sales tactics just straight talk and results. A few weeks earlier my wife and daughter were out and decided to stop at a locale Toyota dealership. The experience was awful. The salesman was pushy and talked down about the Mitsubishi Lancer my wife was driving. She left the dealership ASAP. She called John and a few weeks later she was driving a 2018 Outlander. I want to thank everyone at South Park Mitsubishi, especially John, Bill and Tracy. They are nice people and a great team. Perfect Purchase I went to South Park Mitsubishi as my "last one" in my pursuit of the perfect SUV for me. I had looked at the smaller version SUVs at all of the local I went to South Park Mitsubishi as my "last one" in my pursuit of the perfect SUV for me. I had looked at the smaller version SUVs at all of the local dealers. South Park is not really local for me. However, we did one last look because someone mentioned Mitsubishi had the best car for the money. So my son and I took the ride out from the Pittsburgh Airport Area to South Park. So glad I did. I did not find exactly what I was looking for but with the help of Steve and his Manager we fashioned a perfect package at a great price. I drove off that evening in my perfect car. And I love it!! I would also like to give credit too all of his coworkers too. It was a team effort. A good team is very noticeable. They helped each other to get the job done. All were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They actually stayed late so I could drive home in my new car. Today I had to stop by for some final paperwork. Steve made sure it was all in order and informed his colleagues that I would be needing some help. Steve did this even though it was his day off. I wished I could remember everyone's proper credit for a job well done. Thank you again Steve and team. One last comment. Steve got me in a car that was 100 less a month than a used Kia. I have a full warranty and it is a 2018. The KIa was 100 more a month and 5 years old with 44,000 miles. Glad I met Steve More

We were assisted by Tony Goodwin in this process. Tony is the consummate professional who doesn't go by the new car salesman "playbook." Buying a car is by nature a somewhat long process. Tony did a terrific job in cutting to the chase, but he was sure to spend the appropriate amount of time on the subjects that were most important to us. This purchase is our 5th Mitsubishi and the product continues to improve. I would definitely recommend this product and this dealership. More

Husni Daghles was so patient with us, he brought out about 5 different SUV's for us to test! It was a really fun time too. We weren't pressured. Husni really knew all about the SUV, even all about the Apple car play and special features, he was very knowledgeable. The owner, GoKahn, made us feel like family as well. And even when we were there we saw the mechanic that had worked on our cars before and he greeted us and was super nice.
