South Park Mitsubishi I have dealt with SoParkMitsubishi for at least th past several years. Each time I brought my car in for routine maintenance I have been overwhelmed I have dealt with SoParkMitsubishi for at least th past several years. Each time I brought my car in for routine maintenance I have been overwhelmed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff,I recently brought my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for inspection and drove out with a brand new 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. The ease of the transaction was amazing as well as the knowledge and professionalism of my salesman, Brian Sten. I will no longer, deal with anyone else than South Park Mitsubishi and Brian Sten!!! Awesome sales team I had originally planned to make several stops at different dealerships to purchase a vehicle to whom ever gave me the best deal. South Park Mitsubishi was my first stop only because I live 3 minutes from the dealership. I browsed the lot and made my mind up on the model I would like to test drive. Inside the showroom I meet Bill whom was walking through with paper work seemingly looked busy. He stopped and we chatted, He introduced himself, answered my questions, and stayed with me until a salesperson came, John whom handled the rest of the visit was kind and NOT pushy. I felt very comfortable with everything and purchased the vehicle without leaving to get other offers. Tracy was perfect in the paper department. We test drove 2 different cars and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and specs of both types of cars. I instantly fell in love with the Eclipse Cross...I have owned 2 different Eclipse coupes over a 15 year period and have a lot of confidence in the Mitsubishi brand. So we sat down and worked out some numbers and the first offer he gave me was $5000 off of the sticker price even though I didn’t qualify for any of the incentives. So even with their no pressure approach, I was sold, it was too good a deal for a well equipped car. So because of the great offer from the sales team and the positive experience working with John Kozik, I would highly recommend going to South Park Mitsubishi if I were in the market for a new car, I know I’ll be back again in 4 years when my daughter is old enough to drive!!! Also, Tracy, the financing agent was great and added to the posit e experience. I had several questions for her and she answered everything with patience and easy to understand answers. More
