Initially told them at test drive before even purchasing. 2 days later,needed allignment service. SouthOak looked at it and said all specs are fine AND THAT ALL GRAND CARAVANS PULL TO THE RIGHT. I repeat, the service manager told my wife and I that all Caravans pull to the right. Just wow. Left there, brought it to a local tire shop, of course it cost me, but, they adjusted alignment AND rotated tires, it is perfect. No pulling to the right! So, we love our van, but would I recommend SouthOak Dodge of Matteson, Illinois? Nope. More

Hardworking for the Consumer! I went in for a scheduled oil change on my 2015 Compass and as I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Fabian Diaz. I already knew what he was I went in for a scheduled oil change on my 2015 Compass and as I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Fabian Diaz. I already knew what he was going to say because this has been tried before when I've went in for a service call. I was a bit tickled because I really did not want him wasting his time with me when he could have been working with someone who probably would have required less effort with the finance company but his first statement was "Let me do what I do, no negative thoughts only positive thoughts." So I sat and waited. Ryan Ganser (finance guy) came over and introduced himself and I expressed to him that this would probably be a hard sell so he perhaps should not waste his time. Ryan's words were "I am the money man, let me work my magic." I laughed and said "Okay but it will take a miracle." To make an already long story short, THEY WORKED THIER MAGIC! I drove off in a BRAND NEW 2017 Jeep Cherokee with all the goodies in it AND my 2015 Compass was PAID OFF! These guys worked hard and were so positive throughout the entire process. Awesome Work! Professional! Persistent! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around! More
Juan and his Team in Service are 5-Star I thought I would be difficult to find time to get an oil change and a seatbelt repaired because of my fluctuating work schedule; however Juan made it I thought I would be difficult to find time to get an oil change and a seatbelt repaired because of my fluctuating work schedule; however Juan made it possible and had a loaner car ready for me. Excessively Driving MY Vehicle My vehicle telephone, clock and windshield wiper sensor needed to be repaired. I dropped my car off with 25,176 miles on it on Feb 1st and it had 25,2 My vehicle telephone, clock and windshield wiper sensor needed to be repaired. I dropped my car off with 25,176 miles on it on Feb 1st and it had 25,212 miles on it when I got it back today, Feb 11th. Someone has driven my car almost 40miles and it was ONLY there for electrical work. When this was mentioned to Joe Bennish, he initially agreed that this additional mileage was "a little absurd". I dropped my car off with a FULL tank of gas, and when I got it back, it was at HALF a tank of gas! Joe agreed to replace the gas (my suggestion), NEVER actually apologized for the additional mileage and NEVER stated that this is NOT their dealerships best practice and NEVER promised to look into the situation. He then sent for my car to have gas put in it (not to replace the HALF tank a gas that their employee drove out), then I get my car back and it has another quarter tank of gas (so now there's 3/4 of a tank of gas in my tank. I went back to ask JOE BENNISH, why would he only replace a quarter tank of gas, his response was he was replacing what THEIR employee used. I told JOE that I would be filing a corporate complaint, leaving reviews, going to social media, calling the BBB, Chrysler and the Dealerships manager. He, with NO regard to my statements, allowed me to leave the facility, without a simple apology offered, no replacement of gas, no promise to follow up and a BLANTANT disregard for customer service thrown out the window. I get in my vehicle, but not without tagging the SOUTH OAK CHRYSLER/DODGE/JEEP DEALERSHIP ON FACEBOOK, to driv e approximately 2 miles and the windshield wiper sensor is unavailable come up on the dash. And the report, CLEARLY reads "No issue found" on my paperwork! More

Would buy again but not bring in for service 2nd car bought here.. I can for a regular oil change and to get a rattle sound checked came in at 9am and i am still sitting here and its going to be 2nd car bought here.. I waited in the bay for nearly 10 minutes BEFORE anyone came to my car to ask what I service I needed. Then I was told it would take about 40 minutes for the oil change. I WAS THERE FOR 2 HOURS!! The time on the paperwork is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! I would have come back because I was almost late getting my daughter. I felt ignored and flat-out lied to because they knew I had been left in the bay unattended for so long. More
