Not satisfied My service bill is as over $1700 and there was no appreciation for such a bill!!! The tire light was on and I know it wasn’t brought in for that but w My service bill is as over $1700 and there was no appreciation for such a bill!!! The tire light was on and I know it wasn’t brought in for that but with the amount of the bill I paid it would have been thoughtful to just put air in the tires??? Wow it wasn’t done!!! Also, the engine light was still on and that’s why we brought the car in for so we had to go back and have them check it out!!! It would seem that when someone is paying that type of money they would make sure the car is completely repaired??? Wow!!! Not a good experience and I will not be back to this Service department!!! More

Never Bring my vehicle up front I only bring my vehicle here because it is convenient for me when I have a recall. The last few times I had service done , they give me my keys and I only bring my vehicle here because it is convenient for me when I have a recall. The last few times I had service done , they give me my keys and paper work and say it’s parked out front. Well that’s not the case. I had to walk the lot to find my vehicle. The last time I couldn’t find it so I went back inside for them to bring it out to me. The service writer called and called for a porter. I waited 10-15 minutes before a porter came. As I was standing there I saw a guy talking to another guy and just assumed he was a customer. Well I was wrong. He was the porter. Guess he didn’t want to do his job. They don’t even offer to wash my vehicle anymore. I rather take the extra time and go to another dealer from now on. More

Lazy mechanics! I brought my Charger in for a 30,000 mile service. The day before my service, one tire was extremely low, 22psi while the others were normal, so I fil I brought my Charger in for a 30,000 mile service. The day before my service, one tire was extremely low, 22psi while the others were normal, so I filled it to 34psi. The next day is when I decided to go to South Oak Dodge for my service and figured they would tell me if something was wrong with that tire. I mentioned to the service guy, Tom, that one tire was low. My dash even showed the alert that one tire was now at 25 psi and was flashing yellow for it to be filled. I specifically ask if tire rotation was included and he said it was. So, the mechanics took the tire off, documents state they checked the thread depth, but didn’t see anything wrong with that tire.... However, you filled that specific tire with more air (38 psi) than the other 3 (34psi) when you returned it to me?!?! They could have at least told me I had a leak or a hole. I initially thought, maybe they didn’t see anything until the tire readings showed they filled it up with more air than the others. I bought my car from this dealership and they gave me problems then. Tried to give them another chance, nope..definitely won’t be back. More

When he reached a point where he knew he couldn’t help me any further he contacted people to help resolve my Issue. Clarence and John were very helpful in very helping find me a new vehicle when it was unable to repair my Jeep. John J helped with the final stages of taking care of me to my satisfaction. He stayed involved with all stages to make sure I was taken care of. Over all every one in this process was customer service perfectionists and I couldn’t ask for a better team of People to help me. Your dealership is very lucky to have such a great group of people working for them! More
