Not thrilled Took my car in for an emissions light. They reprogrammed the computer, made me wait 3 hours, charged $140 and told me it was good to go. 3 days later Took my car in for an emissions light. They reprogrammed the computer, made me wait 3 hours, charged $140 and told me it was good to go. 3 days later the light came back on while I was driving to work. Have to take another day off work to have it looked at again. More
Best place for Chrysler/Jeep Service Service Department is the best!!!! Up front and Honest. More importantly they perform work correctly. It’s BETTER at South Oak!!!!! Wait times are a little longer but it’s worth the quality of service you receive. Waiting room at South Oak is very comfortable!!!!!!! They have a good, free, coffee and a theater. Always go out of my way to go here for service. More

Great service Tom met me with an friendly greattng as soon as I arrived and inquired as to the reason for my visit, which was an oil change. He then proceeded to write up the order and checked the vehicle service history to see if any additional service was needed. I was notified by text approx. 45 min later to inform me the work was complete and my vehicle was ready for pick up. More
