Poor customer service My appt was for 11:30- I waited 4 hours for an oil change and a 20,000 mike check up.I drove 70 mikes for service. I got no apology, no nothing. I actually had to reschedule my 9 am appt due to weather conditions- no one ever told me when I rescheduled that I might have to wait 4 hours!!!
