South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I placed an order for a 2023 Last Call Charger with South Oak Dodge at the end of October. I put a deposit down and was told they had plenty of allocations for the color/trim I selected. I have followed up with them frequently over the past 6 months, 'Be patient. Your order will be fulfilled. We've got it covered.' All of the original salesman telling me I'd have the car by the end of January. All to get this today from Dodge - "Upon review the dealer in which you placed your order through does not have allocation for this build and it is unlikely the unit will be built" Dodge also told me that they do not show this order was ever placed. Unbelievable 😡 More

Bobby Weinert initially contacted me but I haven't heard back from. As a result I went to another place to get the repairs I needed done. He may have been too busy or couldn't be bothered to get back to m back from. As a result I went to another place to get the repairs I needed done. Took my sons 2017 Grand Cherokee in to have it checked because both low beam headlights were out. When I went back to check on the truck I was told that the light sockets were corroded and that I would h because both low beam headlights were out. When I went back to check on the truck I was told that the light sockets were corroded and that I would have to buy 2 new headlights totalling $2,400. I knew that this was xx!. I paid 175.00 for the diagnostic and left. Took it to another shop the next day had it repaired for $50.00! The only thing wrong was the bulbs were blown! This is the second and last time of going there for service!! More
