UNFULFILLED PROMISES We bought a used 500 Fiat in January 2016. We saw the car with several issues and the vendor a young lady Meleyka told us that they would have fixed all the little things that we found not working properly like the seat, the licence lights, a botton totally ruined of the radio and other small issues.....so we decided to get the car with the Promise that in two days I could have go back to fix everything....for some problems I went a week later to discover that "the parts are not arrived yet" so I had to drive one hour for nothing with the Promise that they would have called me the next week...nothing..no call....one week another week no calls.... I called again ..." ohh sorry we are still waiting the parts...there is only one piece missing"....another week no calls another week no calls after a total of 3 months I called upset and the responsable of the workshop tells me that they would have not covered the Radio Botton, and other things...than I said the the promise in the beginning was another one....the answer "the piece is too expensive"...At the same time they tried to sell us another new car for a very good price....we said no we take the car the way it is....another guy told us I will fix the licence light before you go back to Europe......he called yesterday to tell me that the part was not arrived yet ! We are leaving to Europe today April 27 and from January 30 only Unfulfilled Promises from Vendors and inexistent managment ! More
