Horrible If I could give negative stars I would. I was told to come in because I was approved for 0 down. I was looking for a truck and decided we would try th If I could give negative stars I would. Then we saw our saleswoman out helping other people. So we left. The next day they called us and said we were approved but needed 500 down. I said no. Then a couple hours later got a text asking when i was coming in? I replied I was not putting money down since I was already told I was approved before. Then the finance mgr called and said he got it down to 0 down but at 700 a month for the truck. I asked what truck? I haven't picked out a truck. He said the bank picked it out for you.. Lmao... My fiance and i talked it over for a couple hours and called back and asked if the truck was still available? We wanted to come see what it looked like and would see if we could get the payments lower. When we got there (an hour later) they said the truck was sold. Lmao. Unreal. Told them they were the worst sales team i had ever dealt with. And they said they would call me Monday cause the banks were closed. We left and went to another dealership at 8 pm. At 10 pm we were leaving in the truck i wanted, no money down at cheaper payments. The used auto sales at david mcdavid is a joke. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. More
